Duck Dynasty Star May Have Televised Wedding

June 24, 2014 10:00 AM by Lisa Princ

If you’re one of the many Twitter or Facebook fans that loves tuning in to watch Duck Dynasty¬†each week, then surely you were overjoyed to learn that Robertson family friend, Justin Martin got engaged last month. Recently, Martin discussed the engagement and whether or not he plans to wed on the popular television show!

Justin Martin may not be an actual Robertson, but fans love him just as much, as does the Robertson family. So, it really is no surprise that everyone was thrilled to learn that Justin got engaged last month to his girlfriend, Brittany Brugman. And in a new interview with FOX, Martin says that fans could be treated to a television wedding. Plans are still up in the air, but it is definitely something that Justin and Brittany are considering.

And if Martin has his way, the wedding would be just what you would expect from the bearded redneck. “My preference would be small in the country – just like you see us on TV. Get us down on the bank of a river somewhere. Let’s do this, get it over with and start the next chapter,” Martin explained, but then joked: “Now we’re in the stages of planning a wedding and by ‘we,’ I mean her.” Ha! Now we wonder if Brittany will agree with Justin’s idea of a dream wedding? Or, in the words of Phil Robertson, perhaps she will plan a “yuppie” wedding instead?

Whatever Justin and Brittany plan, we wish them the best of luck in their future together.

What do you think about the possibility of Justin Martin getting married on television? Would you tune in for a Duck Dynasty wedding? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear from you. Comment below to share your thoughts with us!
