Melissa and Joe Gorga are trying to have the person currently residing in their Montville mansion evicted. The Real Housewives Of New Jersey stars claim that Kai Patterson has failed to keep up to date on payments. But recent Facebook rumors (plus plenty of evidence from Patterson) call these allegations into question.
Now that they’ve ditched their Montville house, Melissa and Joe Gorga are preparing for life in their dream home in Franklin Lakes. But in the midst of the building and designing process, the two have been forced to deal with a fair amount of drama surrounding their earlier home, which they sold as part of an extended closed option agreement last summer. A rep for the couple told Us Weekly, “To date, the purchaser [Kai Patterson] has failed to uphold his financial obligations under the agreement.”
According to Patterson, the Gorgas’ rep is not telling Twitter followers the full story. Apparently, the new Montville resident has been forced to cover for the reality stars on a number of occasions. He recently complained to TMZ about having to use his own money to pay for repairs, not to mention, a huge water bill. Additionally, Patterson says that the rent bill is nowhere near as high as the Gorgas’ rep claims — and that he has plenty of documentation to back up his allegations!
Based on the new evidence from Kai Patterson, this could be a very long ordeal for Melissa and Joe Gorga. Perhaps some of this housing drama will be included in a future episode of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey!
