Teresa Giudice’s sentencing date has been pushed back, and, while this gives the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star more time to prepare, it also forces her to endure the agonizing wait for another two months. For now, the celeb is trying to focus on the positive, as the mere thought of prison leaves her feeling completely terrified.
No matter the ultimate sentence in Teresa Giudice’s fraud case, it’s pretty much a guarantee that Facebook critics will not find the punishment harsh enough. But it’s impossible to deny that Teresa and Joe Giudice have already faced the consequences of their indiscretions. If nothing else, the reality stars have been forced to deal with a ton of stress — and it’s definitely having an impact on their family.
In a recent interview with In Touch, Teresa admitted that she’d endured many a sleepless night over the course of the last several months. She’s mostly worried about the prospect of spending time behind bars. Contrary to public perception, Teresa isn’t terrified of prison itself; rather, she hates the idea of being separated from her children. “How could I ever prepare myself to be away from my kids? It’s too terrifying for me to even think about.”
Teresa worries that she will not be able to provide sufficient emotional support for her children if she is locked away. Apparently, the poor kids have faced a ton of harassment on Twitter. “My kids take a lot of criticism in social media; people treat them terribly and say nasty things to them, as if they were adults.”
Can you sympathize with Teresa Giudice? Or did she bring all this on herself? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments section below!
