Highway 18 Contestants – Ashley Davis and Ashleigh Korzack are lifelong best friends from Toronto, Ontario. The two profess to be “ditsy blondes.” Of course, their act that they are most interested in their looks often causes people to overlook how competitive they are on the golf course. Ashley is twenty-five years old, and Ashleigh is twenty-four years old.

Ashley and Ashleigh have been best friends since sixth grade. The two friends have been involved in numerous sports. Ashely was a top junior alpine ski racer, while Ashleigh played competitive volleyball.

Ashley’s father was a three-time All-American golfer at The Ohio State University, and Ashleigh’s father played professional hockey.

Ashley started Tennessee State University on a golf scholarship, and Ashleigh attended Mississippi State University on a golf scholarship. Ashley later transferred to Old Dominion University in Virginia.

In 2003, Ashley won the PGA Minority Collegiate Championship. “My coach at Tennessee State was amazing. He really helped me, and by the end of the year I got really good, ” said Ashley.

“After I transferred to Old Dominion, I grew a lot as a player,” said Ashley. “I worked really hard and transferred my skiing work ethic to golf.”
