Diddy Selects Making The Band Winners

On the live Making The Band 4 finale, the ten finalists appeared on
stage to await the results of the competition.  Sean “Diddy” Combs
explained that he didn’t select a winner on the previous finale episode
because he wanted to make great TV and leave it with a cliffhanger.

After taking some questions from viewers, Diddy broke the finalists into two groups.  Both groups performed the song “If It Isn’t Love” by New Edition.  After the performances, Diddy eliminated Dyshon from the competition. 

The remaining nine finalists performed a ballad version of the song “I Want You Exclusive.”  After the performance, Diddy eliminated Brian H. from the competition.  Danity Kane, the winners of Making The Band 3, made a special guest appearance and gave advice to the remaining finalists. 

Young Joc performed the song “Coffee Shop.”  After the performance, Diddy announced that he was going to make a five man group.  Diddy selected Robert, Willie, Qwanell, Brian A., and Michael as the winners of Making The Band 4.  Diddy also surprised Donnie by telling him that he would be a solo artist on Bad Boy Records.

   this mtb is by far the best thing diddy has ever put 2gether and i mean ever , in his whole career… he made the best band i could ever think of… the reason i am really happy is cuz he put in the top three i had been by since the begining… that goes all the way back to the additions… if one out of the 3 of robert{magnum},willie{lucky},and brian.a{angel} didnt make it i would have hated diddy 4 ever…. just as long as they made i couldnt be any happier…… and i like the last 2 ,mike cuz he got a crazy voice,, and que got the whole package with his dancin and i love his personality..hes the real funny one, with all the pranks up his sleeve they need some one whos real fun…they are by far already my favorite band and singers,,,theres no one in the music industry i like more…..and wit donnie hes really gonna make it ,,,hes gonna be like another justin timberlake, or robin thicke,, maybe even bigger…i wanna say to the ones that didnt make it u guys keep following ur dream i no for a fact that all of ya deangelo.dyshon,brain.h, and jeremy r gonna make it far they have crazy talent…..and any one will be just stupid not to go pick them up……robert willie brian a i love yall,,,,,,and mike and q…..ill stand by ya 4eva….

    This was the best making the band ever!!!!!!!!!! I love Mike, Brian and Robert…Que is sooooo funny and cute too. I am so happy for them all. Especially Donnie. Can’t wait to buy their CD’s.

    All you stupid people who voted for Donnie to be in that R&B Soul group are kidding yourself.. I hate the fact that Donnie and that other fat white boy even tried to be in a R&B group.. I hate Uncle Tom Diddy for giving him a solo deal.. They will fail.. Donnie need to get a reality check and go do some country music .. And leave the Soul for the BRUTHAS ..

    i am happy for the guys that were chosen. i am really happy for big mike, he worked the hardest. donnie worked really hard as well. i am sad for julius, but i’m sure he won’t give up- none of them will. good luck to all.

    well i think diddy did a bomb job.the only thing i did not like is the long wait.i wanted to jump up and down when he called MIKE name.and i did not like him being that hard on mike about the eating.he look good BIG .he did not make biggie get on a diet.and i like it when diddy made MIKE sing to that girl with the big hair.
