The New Dancing Cast to Appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show

Let’s make that a one-two-three punch for ABC. Punch one — the live announcement on last night’s Dance War of the new celebrity cast for Dancing with the Stars 6. Punch two — the live Good Morning America announcement of the pro-pairings with those celebs. And punch three — a special Dancing-themed episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show. Knock out!

Word has it the new cast and their pro partners all met up for the first time this week, their destination: Chicago and the Big O. They were there for a taping of a special Dancing with the Stars-themed episode of Oprah’s talk show, which will air this Thursday, February 21st.

In traditional star-studded Oprah-style, the new cast will be joined by past Dancing winners, Kelly Monaco, Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, and Helio Castroneves (hey, where’s Apolo?!).

Host Tom Bergeron will also be on hand, as will judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. The trio will talk past seasons, their favorite moments, and give tips on what it takes to win.

Look for the special Dancing episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show on Thursday, February 21 on ABC.
