Mel B to Spice Up Dancing Coverage on Access Hollywood

Fresh off ofher Return of the Spice Girls tour, singer Mel B is returning to TV airwaves. Only this time she’s on the other side of the Dancing with the Stars microphone.

Spice Girl and Dancing with the Stars finalist, Mel B, will be joining NBC’s Access Hollywood as a guest correspondent, covering the new season of Dancing with the Stars. A Dancing veteran herself, Mel B is looking forward to her stint at NBC.

“‘Access Hollywood’ has a fun energy that I am excited to be a part of,” she says. “I had such a wonderful experience on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ last season and I’m looking forward to talking to all of this year’s contestants about their journeys and experiences along the way and dropping in on all their rehearsals, but this time on the side of the mic.”

Sounds like Mel will have plenty of time behind that mic, too. She’ll be covering rehearsals and post-show interviewsof the season six cast.

In addition to touring and guest corresponding for NBC, Mel B is busy recording a new solo album and creating a fashion line, which will launch later this year.

Dancing with the Stars premieres Monday, March 17 on ABC.
