Paula Abdul’s Still Got the Moves (and the New Music Video to Prove it)

If Paula Abdul’s new song has you dancing like there’s no tomorrow, you’re going to love the video to go along with it.

Taking advantage of the current start-of-season American Idol media blitz, Abdul, otherwise known as Idol’s “nice judge,” has released her new music video, Dance Like There’s No Tomorrow.

The video, which also features Idol co-judge, Randy Jackson, shows that her dance moves didn’t stay in the Eighties. Abdul rocks the house with some fun and funky moves (and clothes! Love the red dress, Paula!) and a high energy performance that gives her the appearance of having not aged at all since the days of Cold Hearted Snake and Straight Up.

At the end of the video, Paula gives nod to the reality TV show that has rocketed her career back into stardom, as she hangs with not only Randy Jackson, but the third Idol judge, Simon Cowell, and host Ryan Seacrest.

American Idol airs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8:00 PM (ET) on FOX.
