Tyra and Ashton Get Real Together

Just as Tyra Banks’ hit reality show America’s Next Top Model gets its 10th cycle started, and just before the Ashton Kutcher-produced Beauty and the Geek hits the airwaves once again, the two have teamed up for a new reality show for ABC.

ABC has given an eight-episode order for an unscripted series produced by the duo for Warner Horizon. Details are sketchy — or basically nonexistent — on what the show will be about, other than that it will involve beautiful people residing together in a house.

For Katalyst, the production company headed up by Kutcher, Jason Goldberg, and Karey Burke, this new series will be just another notch in its reality TV production belt. The production company is behind five-season-strong Beauty and the Geek, and has also been reported to be behind an upcoming CBS reality show, Game Show in My Head.  

Tyra Banks, who began her career as a supermodel, has been a television, print ad, and big screen mainstay for over a decade. America’s Next Top Model, Banks’ reality TV baby, just began cycle 10.

Details on the new series are still sketchy, but check back with Reality TV Magazine for more information as it’s announced.
