American Idol Top 8 Boys And Top 8 Girls Performance Shows

Last week on the American Idol results show, Robbie Carrico, Alexandrea Lushington, Alaina Whitaker, and Jason Yeager were eliminated. This week on American Idol 7, the top 8 boys and the top 8 girls perform. The theme of the shows will be hits from the ‘80s.

The top 8 boys performance show will air on Tuesday, March 4 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed on FOX. The top 8 boys are David Archuleta, Jason Castro, David Cook, Chikezie, David Hernandez, Michael Johns, Luke Menard, and Danny Noriega.

The top 8 girls performance show will air on Wednesday, March 5 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed on FOX. The top 8 girls are Kristy Lee Cook, Asia’h Epperson, Kady Malloy, Ramiele Malubay, Syesha Mercado, Amanda Overmyer, Carly Smithson and Brooke White.

The top 16 American Idol results show will air on Thursday, March 6 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed on FOX. The two girls and two boys who received the fewest viewer votes will be eliminated from the competition. Also, American Idol 6 runner-up Blake Lewis will perform his new single “How Many Words” from his debut album “Audio Day Dream.”
