Samantha Brown Passport To Great Weekends Premieres On Travel Channel

Because of the hectic pace of life, many Americans have difficulty planning traditional one or two week vacations. Instead, weekend getaways are becoming increasingly popular to replace vacations. Samantha Brown plans to explore this trend in the latest installment of her Passport series on the Travel Channel.

Samantha Brown: Passport To Great Weekends will provide viewers with tips and suggestions for the perfect weekend escape. Samantha will profile such destinations as New Orleans, Las Vegas, New England, Montana, Cabo San Lucas, San Francisco, Orlando, Austin, New York City, Santa Fe, Paris, Washington, D.C., and Tuscany.

Samantha will identify which spots she feels are best for family trips, romantic getaways, or a girls only weekend. She will also suggest themes weekends like city slicker escapes, music lovers, ski retreats, soaking in the sun, or cruising.

Samantha Brown: Passport To Great Weekends premieres on Thursday, June 26 at 10 PM ET/PT on the Travel Channel.
