Dan Quayle And Kathy Griffin Not Going Dancing With The Stars

Recently rumors broke that former Vice President Dan Quayle was going to be on the upcoming seventh season of Dancing With The Stars. If you thought that rumor sounded just too crazy to be true, then you were right.

Former VP Dan Quayle will not be going Dancing With The Stars. While he was invited to appear on the show, Dan Quayle’s spokesman told the Indianapolis Star that he declined the invitation.

The former vice president isn’t the only one reported to have turned down an invitation for the show. According to Extra, reality TV star and comedian Kathy Griffin had an offer to join the celebrity cast of Dancing With The Stars. However, when asked if she had accepted the invitation, Griffin was quoted as replying “No, I can’t even touch my toes.”

Who actually will be joining the cast of Dancing With The Stars 7 will be officially announced by ABC on the August 25 broadcast of Good Morning America. The seventh season premiere episode will air on Monday, September 22 starting at 8 PM ET on ABC.
