American Idol: Final Stretch of Auditions for Season 8

Who will be the next American Idol?

Auditions for the eighth season of AMERICAN IDOL began on Thursday, July 17, at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, CA, and continue in seven other cities. For the eight season, auditioners will be able to perform before millions of TV viewers and become household names. One lucky and talented singer will win the coveted American Idol title and a major recording contract.

There is still time to apply and auditon. They are looking for men and women between the ages of 16 and 28 years, who are eligible to work in the USA. Oh yes, and please have some singing ability, unless you want to see yourself in the horrid clips of the worst or the worst!

The last three audition dates are; August 8 in Kansas City, August 13 in Jacksonville and August 19 in E. Rutherford.
