The Cho Show Premieres On VH1

In 1994, Margaret Cho became a household name when she starred in the sitcom “All American Girl.” However, she became just as well known for her struggles with the network over the show as the show itself.

Now, Margaret Cho is returning to television with a new reality series called The Cho Show. The Cho Show follows Margaret Cho and her eccentric entourage. Cho’s entourage includes assistant Selene Luna and her “Glam Squad:” John Stapleton (make-up,) John Blaine (hair stylist,) and Charlie Altuna (wardrobe).

The series captures the imaginative and comical situations that make up Cho’s real life. Some of the moments featured on the show include Margaret Cho’s interaction with her somewhat traditional Korean parents and her more outrageous experiences with her cast of friends.

The Cho Show premieres on Thursday, August 21 at 11 PM ET on VH1.
