Affluent Perfectionist Wife Swaps Lives With A Drag Racing Daredevil Wife Who Lives For Speed On Wife Swap

This week on Wife Swap, a tightly wound, extreme-clean wife who lives in a picture perfect home swaps lives with a drag racing wife whose cluttered home and parenting style run on high octane.

The Towers life is all about appearances in their posh Massachusetts neighborhood. Mom, Joy keeps her home extremely clean and her kids Matthew (17), Lauren (15) and Corey (11) are expected to keep their rooms that way too.

Joy and Paul (45) throw eleborate parties for their friends and Joy makes sure her family is fed in style with gourmet meals with candlelight and music.

Joy meets the Sundstroms, Chuck (39), Stephanie (35) and their four children; Lindsey (15), Tanner (13), Conner (9) and Andy (7) who live for drag racing.

Chuck manages a local track and Stephanie and the kids all compete. Stephanie loves to race and competed when pregnant with all her kids, until she no longer fit behind the wheel.

They spend their life at the track, so their home is always messy. The kids sift through the clean laundry left on the pool table everyday to get dressed. The Sundstroms like their food, just as they like their cars…fast. No one in the house cooks.

When the women swap lives, will Joy learn that cleanliness does not equal happiness? Will Stephanie slow down a little and learn to take some pride in her own home?

   “Lifetime” just played the rerun of this episode.
   I have a genral question, does anyone know, if these families keep in touch with the other, after the show is over ?

   Also, has there been an episode, where they actually swap wives ? “Say, I like you better..”
