After tackling a staple “New York” dish…the hot dog, in the quickfire challenge, the chef’testants on Top Chef,find themselves working at another “New York” staple: Tom Colicchio’s Craft Restaurant. Will the chefs be able to please their biggest critics yetâ⬔local NYC customers?

The successful New York restaurateur, Donatella Arpaia serves as guest judge on the show tonight.
