Former Bachelor Winner Mary Delgado Arrested Again

The Bachelor’s season six winner, Mary Delgado was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in in Del Rio, Texas, on Saturday night, TMZ.com reported. Police had told TMZ that Delgado became “loud and belligerent” while being transported to jail, and kicked the radio inside the squad car.

Delgado was released from the Val Verde Country Correctional Facility after her fiance Byron Velvick posted bond, TMZ reported.

This is the second time that Delgado has been arrested. Last November she was taken into custody on a battery charge after punching Velvick in the mouth while they were watching The Bachelor’s eleventh-season, After the Final Rose special at a friends’ condominium in Florida.

Delgado was arrested and charged with domestic battery, the charges were later dropped.
