Paula Abdul Moves To A New Home After Fan Suicide

After an obsessed Paula Abdul fan, committed suicide in front of the American Idol judge’s home last month, Abdul has move out of her home and into a more secure area to prevent future episodes of fan tragedies such as the Paula Goodspeed incident. Goodspeed, who auditioned on the show in the past, was found dead in her car near the house in Sherman Oaks last month. It was reported that her body lay next to prescription drugs & pictures of the star.

It is not surprising that Abdul would want to move, not only because of the memories or the incident, but the fact that her home address has been made even more accessible, which would make anyone uncomfortable.

A rep for Abdul told Us Weekly, “Paula simply feels she has outgrown her house, and given the recent public disclosure of her address, it seemed time that she move into a gated community.”
