American Idol: Carrie Underwood Dating Ottawa Senator’s Hockey Player Mike Fisher

Well, American Idol winner and country singingsensation, Carrie Underwood may have found love afterall. In a recent article on our site, Carrie Underwood said that she still believed that the man of her dreams was out there somewhere and it appears that she may have found him. She had recently been romantically linked with Travis Stork, the hunk from the hit show, The Bachelor, but now it seems that he is history and she has found love on the ice with NHL hockey player Mike Fisher.

The rumours began to fly when Carrie Underwood was seen with her hair tied back at a recent Ottawa Senators game. Apparently she was shown on the big Jumbotron screen’s Hug Cam throughout the game as she hugged the two people sitting next to her.

The romance apparently began after Mike Fisher went backstage following Carrie Underwood’s March 21 concert at Scotiabank Place. The couple hit it off, and began dating some time after their initial meeting.

Mike Fisher has refused to comment on the romance and said, “I can’t comment on anything in my personal life, so that’s about all I can say. I don’t really want to say anything.”
