Kim Kardashian Supports Jessica Simpson’s New Look

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s star, Kim Kardashian is standing up for Jessica Simpson after numerous reports that are saying Jessica looks fat. She even called Jessica Simpson’snew look, “Hot!”

In an interview with People, Kim Kardashian said, “Call me crazy, but when I saw the picture of Simpson performing January 25 in Pembroke Pines, Florida, I was like, ‘Oh my God, Jessica looks hot!’” She also added that she liked the the outift that she was wearing that day, which many critics are bashing. She stated, “I actually love the outfit. I think she looks amazing. I love high-waisted jeans, I loved that belt, and her hair looked fabulous.”

There is no denying that Jessica Simspn has gained weight, but Kim Kardashian told People, “I get that she does look curvier, but to me, there’s nothing wrong it.”

Kim Kardashian, whose E! network reality TV show,Keeping Up With the Kardashian’swill returnon March 8 at 10 PM ET, has been the subject of ridicule in the media about her own curves and says, “It doesn’t really bother me anymore. I love curves. Being super skinny just isn’t attractive to me. When I saw that picture, I knew everyone was going to say something. And I thought, ‘You know what? Leave Jessica alone!’ She’s fabulous, she’s a really sweet girl, and I admire her for putting up with it.”

Jessica Simpson’s younger sister, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is also coming to her defense and has been posting on her blog. “I am completely disgusted by the headlines concerning my sister’s weight,” Aslee Simpson-Wentz said adding, “Is this something you would say to your wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, or even a friend? I seriously doubt it.”

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz goes even further, commenting that we as a society should be more sensitive to weight issues, so that today’s teenage girls will not be so weight sensitive, “How can we expect teenage girls to love and respect themselves in an environment where we criticize a size 2 figure?”
