American Idol: Kelly Clarkson And Kanye West Will Perform

Last night the Top 13 competitors for season 8 of American Idol were announced. That’s right, a baker’s dozen! Next week we begin the competition with a bang as the first two guest performers will be none other than season one American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson and musical sensation Kanye West!

On Tuesday, March 10 the Top 13 will take the American Idolstage for the first time and sing their hearts out live as theycompetefor the American Idol crown. Then on Wednesday, March 11 the live results show will air and America will find out who received enough votes to stay in the competition and who is beingsent home.

As a special treat for the viewers, on Wednesday nightslive American Idolresults show, two Grammy winners willgrace the American Idol stage. Kanye West will perform his platinum selling single, Heartless and Kelly Clarkson will perform her record charting newest single, My Life Would Suck Without You.
