The Bachelorette: Trista & Ryan’s Baby Shower

As The Bachelorette Trista Sutter awaits the birth of her second child, a girl, with her husband Ryan, she got the chance tocelebrate this past weekend as her friends gave her a pink baby shower. In between opening gifts, OK! magazine had the chance to interview her about everything from their choice of name to thepossibility of having more children.

In the interview,OK! magazineasked whetherTrista and Ryan Sutterhave chosen a name for their daughter andher response was, “Yes, we have one in mind, but we’re keeping it private until she arrives!”

Trista Sutter told the magazine that she has had a good pregnancy other than being hospitalized last week for dehydration caused by the flu and stated, “Now I’m just tired. I’m due in mid-April so I’m trying to take it easy. I want her to go as close to term as possible because Max was four weeks early.”

When OK! magazineasked Trista Sutter ifshe and Ryan wouldhave more children after the arrival of their daughter, she responded, “No, I just feel lucky that I’ll have one of each. As long as she’s healthy, I’m going to have a permanent sterilization procedure done [a few months after the birth]. God forbid if she is unhealthy or we lose her, then I would try for another one.”

They also asked if Max realizes that he is going to be a big brother and Trista Sutterreplied, “He knows that my big belly is called “baby” and he knows what babies are. But, then again, last night he lifted up Ryan’s shirt and goes “baby” so I don’t think he quite gets it yet!”

As for their new bundle of joybeing a daddy’s girl, Trista responded, “Oh, absolutely. That was a big reason why I wanted a girl actually. Typically, it’s daddy’s girls and momma’s boys. I think it’s going to be so special to have a girl who will have her daddy wrapped around her little finger.”
