American Idol: Jordin Sparks Can’t Decide On A Favorite For Season 8

American Idol champion Jordin Sparks remembers where she got her roots and is so dedicated to the show that gave herthe ability to show the world what she can do, that she tunes in and votes for her favorite contestants every week. She says she doesn’t vote for anyone in particular though and even votes for more than one contestantat a time.

“It’s really hard to say, ’cause there’s a lot of really good people,” she told MTV News. “I am voting Ã¢â¬” you guys should too! I am voting for ‘Idol.’ I actually vote for seven people each night, which is really sad, but I can’t help myself.”

JordinSparks says she has good reason to vote for so many this season, “They’re all so good,” she said, adding that once she thinks she has it all figured out, the show goes and throws her a curveball and she has a new favorite contestant. “You think the guys are really strong, and then Allison Iraheta comes out, and it’s like, ‘OK, maybe not,’ ” she said about Allison Iraheta’s performance of the Temptations’ “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” during Motown week. “She was amazing.”

With other pastAmerican Idol winners taking to the stage this season on the hit show, is there a chance that Jordin Sparks may come back for a visit as well? Jordin Sparks is hoping she, too, can return to the stage where she became a star.

“I hope so!” she said. She is currently working on her pre-Jonas Brothers tour schedule. “We’re hoping maybe sometime in April, but we’re not sure yet.”
