American Idol: Is Kara DioGuardi Quitting Idol?

Last week, OK! Weekly reported that American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi may indeed be so fed up with Idol that she’s thinking of quitting! Keep reading for the entire scoop including Kara’s response…

At a US Weekly Hot Hollywood party last week, Kara told Entertainment Tonight, “I didn’t quit. Are you kidding me?! Who quits American Idol? I’m not quitting American Idol this season. No, I’m having a great time.”

She continues to say that all the recent rumors regarding disputes on the set and among the judges are totally made up. “Maybe because I’m not really interesting in my real person so they’re making stuff up. I have no idea. it’s crazy. There’s no feud between me and [Paula Abdul], there’s not feud with me and [Simon Cowell] and I definitely didn’t quit. I definitely was at work tonight,” she adds.

Kara says that she isn’t sure how long she will be on Idol, considering her contract is up at the end of the year, but she has no desire to quit. “I’m signed up for one season, so we’ll see. But I definitely didn’t quit. I love American Idol, I love my fellow judges, no beef. All is good,” she concludes.
