Heidi And Spencer Pratt Sign On For New Reality Show

According to the Associated Press, the reality TV series I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! has added two new members to it’s cast. Heidi and Spencer Pratt will be joining the NBC show, which recently lost Rod Blagojevich, among several other celebrities in what should be a very interesting season…

The show is set in the Costa Rican jungle, where celebrities will battle it out for charity. The Associated Press reported that Blago will no longer be able to join the show due tojudges orderswhich prohibit him from traveling to Costa Rica until his trial is over.Blago compared himself to the actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger by saying, “I guess you could say doing something like this (TV show) would be the reverse career path.”

Other celebrities that will be in the jungle include: former pro basketball player John Salley; model and TV host Janice Dickinson; actor Stephen Baldwin and former pro wrestler and model Torrie Wilson. How does Janice Dickenson feel about roughing it? “Are you insane? Life is a jungle.” Janice also mention that shecompeted on the British version of the show.

MTV, which is a partner with NBC on the series, will show a marathon of the preceding week’s episodes on Sundays, beginning June 7. Unaired footage and commentary from cast members will be included. The series will premiere with a two-hour episode 8 p.m. EDT June 1, and air 8-9 p.m. EDT Monday through Thursday until its June 24 finale.
