American Idol: Ace Young Is Engaged

FormerAmerican Idol season 5 finalist, Ace Young,has popped the question to co-starAllison Fisher. The pairmet last fall while starring inBroadway’s Grease revival. Keep reading for more details…

As reported by UsWeekly,Ace joined the cast of Grease last September and played the role on Kenickie during the final four months of the popular musical’s Broadway revival, which ended earlier this year.Allison played the role of preppy Patty Simcox in the play.

“I found my true love in Grease,” Young told Us. Ace has released no further comments as of yet, but he and his fiancewill not be starring in Grease’s national tour.

Ace isn’t the only Idol to make the crossover into Broadway lately, as Taylor Hickswill be playing the role ofTeen Angel in Grease, and Syesha Mercado recently signed on to play the lead inDreamgirls.
