Kate Gosselin Won’t Be Dating Anytime Soon

Although Jon Gosselin maybe be moving on in both his professional and personal life, his soon to be ex-wife Kate is not ready to take that step. One of Kate’s closest friends, Jamie Ayers, recentlyspoke to Life & Style about how Kate is coping with the divorce and when she plans to get back into the dating game.

As reported by Life & Style, Jamie Ayers is speaking out and defending Kate against unfair portrayals of her as a mother and wife. Jamietold the magazine,”It was good for her [on her visit with Kate]â⬔ she’s lonely now that Jon’s gone.”However, Kate doesn’t havetime to be too lonely with eight kidsto care for. “Kate’s trying to do more than be just a mom,” says Jamie, “the kind of stuff Jon would’ve done. She wants to be well-rounded for the kids.”

So is Kate ready to jump into the dating world like ex-hubby Jon? “Kate says it’s not something she’d ever consider doing before the divorce is final,” Jamie says. “Even then, I don’t foresee it being a priority for her. Her goal is supporting her kids.”

Wow. Imagine that. Waiting until the divorce is over to start dating again…what a mature and responsible way of dealing with things Kate!
