Dancing With The Stars: Melissa Rycroft To Wed This December

After suffering a broken engagement on national TV, Melissa Rycroft has bounced back in full force.  She participated on Dancing With The Stars last season, where she made it to the finals, and immediately following that adventure she scored a job on Good Morning America.  Her love life, however, hasn’t taken a back seat now that Melissa has set a wedding date with fiance Tye Strickland!

According to a report in the latest issue of Us Weekly, Melissa and Tye are setting their wedding plans for December 12, 2009.  Melissa had known Tye before appearing on The Bachelor, where she was proposed to by Jason Mesnick.  After her breakup, the two reunited while she was taping Dancing With The Stars.

“We aren’t doing much. I think small, we plan small,” said Rycroft. “But whether it’s going to turn out the way we have it in our minds, I don’t know!”  Melissa has reportedly sent invites to fellow Bachelor finalists Jillian Harris and Naomi Crespo as well as her dancing partner Tony Dovolani.

Dancing With The Stars kicks off Monday, September 21 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
