The Bachelorette: Jillian Harris Spruces Up Ed’s Condo

Ever since they announced their engagement, Bachelorette couple Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski have planned on living in Chicago together.  Ed, who is originally from the Windy City, already had a bachelor pad of his own - but will that be good enough for his interior designer wife-to-be? 

Jillian plans on moving into Ed’s place by today. According to PEOPLE, Jillian described her fiance’s one-bedroom condo as a “total bachelor pad.”  “When I first saw it, there was a lot of brick and dark brown leather and wood,” she said. “There were socks and underwear lying around the place.”

So where did Jillian go shopping? “Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie and Bed, Bath and Beyond.  I tried to keep it masculine, but I replaced some of his dark brown cushions with some cream and light green to lighten it up a bit.”

“I liked it,” Ed commented on the new look. “There are things I like but would never go out of my way to shop for like pillows. I just don’t do that. But I like it a lot.”
