Jillian And Ed Are Determined To Make Things Work

I think it’s safe to say that most Bachelor fans have come to expect these things just won’t work out. We’ve all heard the rumors of lying and cheating surrounding Bachelorette couple Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski.  Although it’s been said that the couple is on the rocks, Jillian still followed through with her original plan to move into Ed’s Chicago condo.

The couple recently sat down with PEOPLE magazine to discuss Jillian’s move to the Windy City and how difficult it’s been to get past all the rumors.  Ed addressed the claims by previous girlfriends that he was still attached when he proposed to Jillian. “I was a bachelor in every sense of the word,” he said. “I am not an angel, but things were exaggerated.”

Wait a minute.  Don’t think we didn’t catch that!!  What’s with all this “not an angel” business?

Jillian reiterated that her trust has always been in Ed. “It would be more naïve of me to trust [these women] than to trust the person I’m going to bed with every single night and have spoken to every single night,” Harris told PEOPLE.
