Million Dollar Listing: New Approaches

After last week’s one sale on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO will Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers make any sales this week? With Josh having the only sale so far, Madison and Chad needed to pick up their game. Could they do it, or would they be left with no sales this week to match their dismal start from last week?

The week started off well for Madison Hildebrand tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO . We were left last week waiting to see if his client would reduce the price of her home, and she ending up doing just that tonight. After a good broker’s open, she received a much lower offer than she had wanted and much to Madison’s surprise, she accepted it.

Chad Rogers decided to try a different approach tonight on Million Dollar Listing. He decided to accept and invitation to do a co-listing with a fellow broker. It did not go as well as planned however. After a broker’s open and then an open house, they received no offers. He spent some time in bed with a cold, so we did not see much more of him tonight. Hopefully, he will be feeling better next week.

after some advice from his grandmother, Josh Flagg also decided to expand his market tonight on Million Dollar Listing He tried to market land that was ready for a home to be built on it, but after what seemed like a successful open house filled with golf fun, the land did not sell. He then suggested that the owners take it off the market until the market came back up.

Josh then moved on to a regular client’s rental property. He was successful in finding a match in a former neighbor of his. After some negotiations and jokes about his girlfriend, they finally agreed on a price and closed the deal. Hey, a rental is better than nothing, right?

Madison was now working another client who specialized in flipping homes.  She refused to come down on the price of her home and at one point went with the advice of her spiritual adviser over Madison’s. After no success with her high figures, she decided to take it off the market and Madison walked out. We’ll have to wait until next week to see if she comes to her senses or not.

Sales or no sales, it was definitely another fun filled hour of Million Dollar Listing. Be sure to tune in next Monday at 10 pm to see what happens next!
