Million Dollar Listing: Agents Showdown?!?!

It was an hour filled with drama tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO. From rentals, to dramatic clients, to dental visits - there was not a dull moment, they had me glued to my screen. We even got to see two of our favorite agents battle it out.

Ok, well maybe not “battle” it out, but we definitely got some fun and drama when both Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers were invited to the same event. Both were asked to speak in Scottsdale, AZ to other realtors. Madison, was under the assumption that he was asked to speak alone on behalf of LA, while Chad looked quite surprised to see Madison there as well.

Once they realized they were both at the same event, Chad had alot of fun at Madison’s expense tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO.  Chad, who had bored his girlfriend to sleep by repeating his speech over and over, had won the crowd over with his humor. Madison, on the other hand, had the crowd bored to tears.

Meanwhile, back in LA, Josh Flagg was working hard trying to sell a 10 million dollar home. Due to a newbie realtor, who happened to be the owner’s sister, they only wound up with one showing of the home. They turned out to be the next door neighbors simply trying to find out what their home was worth. What a waste of Josh’s time!

After going back and forth with the owner who refused to go down on her ridiculous asking price of 9.9 million, Josh told her to find another agent who could sell her home for that much, because he couldn’t. She sent Josh on his way, although he left her with the offer hopeful that she would change her mind.

Chad did manage to get a sale tonight on Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO although his client did have to take a loss due the market. They also found out during the inspection that the home  had rats as well. He and his client watched as the rats were removed. Hey, anything for a sale, right?

Madison, on the other hand was not only unlucky with his speech, but he was also unlucky in the sales department of Million Dollar Listing on BRAVO this week. His only client was a home owner looking to rent her home for a month or so, and it fell through at the last minute for him. Sorry Madison, hopefully next week will be a better one for you, but at least he has a new client.
