The Biggest Work Out In Biggest Loser History

Next week on The Biggest Loser the contestants head to Washington DC for the biggest work out of their lives with their trainers Bob and Jillian. However, they will not be alone! America will get to see the biggest work out in the United States ever…straight from their television.

After flying to DC the contestants are told that they are no longer working in teams, but that they are now competing as individuals. Their first individual competition? To gather as many people as they can from the National Mall and bring them back to the Washington monument to work out with the The Biggest Loser trainers.

After the work out the contestants meet with two senators to talk about better nutrition in public schools, compete in a competition that will give them a huge tour of the nations capital, and then get a tour of the White House kitchen while learning how to make a nutritious and healthy salad.

Even the weigh in this week will take place in Washington DC where another contestant will leave the competition and head home for a very emotional reunion with their family.
