American Idol: Adam Lambert Is Back On The Market

According to a report on Usmagazine.com, Adam Lambert has officially split from his boyfriend, interior designer Drake LaBry. A source has revealed that the split was non-dramatic and amicable and that the two are still friends. Keep reading to find out what happened…

Adam has never made his sexual orientation a secret.  As he told Rolling Stone, “I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay.”  Drake, who was a loyal audience member while Adam was competing on American Idol, has been spotted with the singer all over Hollywood, holding hands and being openly affectionate.

Could it be that Adam’s recent shot to stardom has taken priority in his life?  Yep. “Adam is crazy busy right now getting the album done and squeezing in rehearsals,” the source told Us, referring to Adam’s debut album. “They both felt this moment is too important for Adam to focus on anything else but getting this album out and having it be a huge hit.”
