Get ready for another action packed night as the dancers are thrown another challenge…they will either dance the Pasodoble or the Tango as teams for the first time on Dancing With The Stars. The pros came out and showed the crowd how the dancing should be done and then host Tom Bergeron pointed out that the pros were dressed this week by their star partners and Anna was introduced as a stand-in for Lacey as she is under the weather this week. So, Mark was having to adjust to a new partner and a new style as well as the challenge of the team dance…did he crack under the pressure? Keep reading to find out.

The first dancers were Michael and Anna tonight dancing the Fox trot. Michael was hoping to play the crowd and shine with this dance during week seven. He had nothing to lose as he thought that he was going home last week on the results show. Michael was smooth on his feet tonight. Len said that Michael’s dance was brilliant. Bruno said that Michael’s musicality has improved, but his bum still sticks out. Carrie Ann said that Michael’s performance was gracious and the costume he designed for Anna was amazing. They received scores of 8, 8 and 7 a 23. This was their highest score this season!

The crowd pleasers were up next. Donny and Kym were dancing the Quickstep. Donny has difficulties with his posture when he dances, so it will be interesting to see how he does with this fast paced dance tonight. The dance was enjoyable to watch and Donny can sure work a crowd. Bruno said that as a performer he is solid as a rock and he was fantastic at hiding his mistakes. Carrie Ann said that she thought it was very good and he was light on his feet. Len said that he came out full on from start to finish and even though he made mistakes, he went for it and attacked the dance. Their scores were triple 8’s a 24.

Next Mark and Anna were up. Mark fell on hard times this week as Lacey became sick. He ended up with three different partners during rehearsals, one being Tony and the other Anna. With only 48 hours to learn a new Samba routine, he did the very best he could and the dance was sexy, even though he tripped up at times! Carrie Ann said that he had a very tough week and his dance was a mess. Len said tha dance wasn’t terrible or well done, but Mark coped very well under the circumstances. Bruno said the dance was a little bit like watching Kung Fu Panda does the Samba on the Planet of The Apes…Whatever the hell that means! They received 6, 6 and 6 a 19.

Mya and Dmitry were dancing the Fox trot this week. Dmitry brought in past Dancing With The Stars contestant, Cloris Leachman to teach them how to connect with each other. Mya was going to bring the old Hollywood glamor to her dance for the crowd and she succeeded. Len said he liked the parts that were in hold, but there were too many gimmicks and bits of stuff that he didn’t like. Bruno said that this Fox trot captured the glamor of Hollywood age. Carrie Ann said that she loved the costume she designed for Dmitry and she also loved the dance. The judges revealed scores of 9, 7 and 9 a 25.

Next on the floor was the man who had emotional ups and downs in the past weeks, Aaron. He was dancing the Jive with Karina tonight. Aaron was having a tough time with the fast paced leg movements and Karina was kicking his ass big time. She took him to the gym to train him in fast feet. Their dance was hip and hot. Bruno said they had unstoppable momentum. Carrie Ann said that he was like a little road runner and his performance was so good. Len told the couple that the dance had enough energy to light up Hollywood and he was tempted to dust off his 10 paddle. They received 9, 10 and 10 a 29. Len did dust off the paddle afterall!

Kelly Osbourne and Louis were hoping to bring some color to the floor this week as her Jitterbug last week was called beige by Bruno. They were being tested with the Salsa and Kelly was going to have to step it up a notch during week seven. Louis’ approach had changed as he was driving Kelly harder and his new approach was difficult for her to handle, causing her anxiety. Could she handle the stress? Her dance was excellent. Carrie Ann said that they were brilliant. Len stood up and said that Kelly controlled her nerves and danced great. Bruno jumped up on the table and imitated Kelly saying that she found the character and was flirty and dirty. They received triple 8’s a 24.

Next, last week’s high scoring couple, Joanna and Derek were about to show us what it was like to dance like latin lovers during their Rumba. It seemed too jerky to me, but it had passion. Len said the recipe for a good Rumba is emotion and chemistry and it ticked all of his boxes. Bruno called Joanna a love goddess. Carrie Ann said that Joanna dances at her edge and she loved watching her. They received triple 9’s for a 27.

At the moment Aaron and Karina were on the top of the leader board, but Dancing With The Stars still had the team dances to go this evening.

Team Paso was up first and after trying to get their team together with one heart beat they hit the floor. The team consisted of Mark and Anna, Aaron and Karina, Mya and Dmitry and Michael and Anna. All three of the judges liked Mark and Anna and Mya and Dmitry’s dancing the best. The scores were 8, 8 and 8 a 24 which was added to each of their individual scores from earlier in the night.

Team Tango then hit the floor with Joanna and Derek, Kelly and Louis and Donny and Kym. The pros thought that it was better to have less couples as there would be less egos on the floor. They used each of the stars to their advantage and with the only male celebrity on their team, they used Donny in the best way that they could. After they danced, the judges chose this dance as the superior one tonight.  They received two 9’s and a 10 28, blowing the other team out of the water.

Tomorrow night Ballas and Hough Band along with Rod Stewart perform and two stars will dance for their life in the dance off at 9 PM ET on Dancing With The Stars.
