Melissa Rycroft’s Las Vegas Bachelorette Party

Melissa Rycroft and fiance Tye Strickland know how to throw a party!  The couple threw a joint bachelor / bachelorette party last Friday in Las Vegas with twelve of their closest friends.  Keep reading to hear what happened…

Tye and Melissa made arrangements for twelve of their friends to fly out to Vegas, where they would join them for dinner, dancing, and theater.  Melissa took her girlfriends to see Jersey Boys, meanwhile Tye took his boys to see Phantom before they all met up for dinner at Dos Caminos.

Other activities of the weekend included a boys vs. girls poker tournament at The Venetian and a secret gondola ride for the happy couple.  The wedding date is still on for December 12th, and Melissa has said that it will be a laid back and fun event for all. “That’s me, that’s my personality,” she said. “I am not stuffy.”

The new season of The Bachelor will premiere in early 2010 on ABC.
