The count down was on for the biggest auditions yet and for the first time ever America’s Got Talent has headed to Houston Texas. As everything is bigger in Texas, the judges were hoping that the talent would be bigger there too.

America’s Got Talent: David Hasslehoff Fights Alcohol Abuse Rumors

Earlier this month, it was reported that America’s Got Talent judge, David Hasslehoff, was rushed to the emergency room after his daughter found him unconscious from alcohol poisoning.  Although the actor has struggled with alcohol abuse in the past, David’s attorney is saying that this was a complete fabrication.  Keep reading for full details…

Open Casting Call For America’s Got Talent May 14, 2009

Thursday, May 14, the Today show will be hosting an open casting call for America’s Got Talent.  Matt, Meredith, Al, and Ann will select three acts from the auditions to perform live on Monday’s show, where viewers will then vote for their favorite.  The winner will be flown to L.A., where they will have the opportunity to audition for judges Piers Morgan, David Hasselhoff, and Sharon Osbourne.
