Simon Cowell Talks About America’s Next Big Idea & Celebrity Idol

Back on July 13, 2005, ABC announced that they would be launching a new reality TV series from executive producers Simon Cowell, Nigel Hall and Cecile Frot-Coutaz of FremantleMedia North America.  The concept of the new reality TV series was to “undertake a nationwide search for America’s greatest entrepreneur with the best business idea or new product.”  The working title of the show was announced as “The Million Dollar Idea.”
