Two banners, one in text congratulating the winner from tonight’s finale of America’s Toughest Jobs, and another an image which stated the same thing. We find it hard to believe, but could someone over at NBC have made a big mistake?

Over 100 people have died trying to scale the mountain, and our contestants are going to be showing new mountain climbers the way up. Altitude, frost-bite, and 100 mph winds make this one of the toughest jobs in America.

America’s Toughest Jobs is sending the contestants on the most dangerous job yet - lumberjacking. The crew is going to have go logging in Washington State. 15 hour days, heavy equipment operation with no roads and steep hills, and ten ton trees all make logging one of the hardest jobs in America, with workers 10 times more likely to die than the average worker.

America’s Toughest Jobs is making the remaining 11 contestants hunt for gold this week, and they’ll be facing the harsh Alaskan wilderness, bears, and raging rivers. The Crow Creek mine has hundreds of millions of dollars of gold hiding in the water. “If you’re willing to do back breaking work, you may be lucky enough to find on of these,” host Josh Temple says, dangling a gold nugget.
