Extreme Makeover Home Edition: Stott Family and David Duchovney!

Tonight Ty Pennington and his design team, along with television celebrity David Duchovney, travel to the state of Lena, Illinois where ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition will build the Stott family a new home. Joey was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, and got a bone marrow transplant in 2004, which sent the disease into remission. Philip and Joey Stott live in an old farmhouse with dangerous wiring issues, and soon after the positive medical news, they had a new problem when the house sparked, exploded, and was extremely damaged. The Stott family was nominated by Tom, who was also Joey’s donor - she has never met him…

Extreme Makeover Home Edition: The Terpenning Family and Kellie Pickler!

This week on ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition, the design team joins Ty Pennington, and country star Kellie Pickler and her nine year-old brother, Eric, on the bus. They’re headed to Beavercreek Ohio to visit the Terpenning family. James Terpenning is a wheelchair-bound, athlete and mentor to disabled Iraq war veterans. Crippled by polio during infancy and abandoned by his American G.I. father in Vietnam, James lives with his wife, Shannon, and their children, as well as Joe - Jame’s brother - who has cerebral palsy and is also in a wheelchair.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition: Mattingly Family and Clint Black!

Tonight on ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition, the design team, headed by Ty Pennington is headed to help out the Mattingly family in Kentucky. Melissa and Steve have two daughters. Steve was a volunteer firefighter and both were EMS paramedics. Melissa had the misfortune of witnessing Steve get hit by a vehicle in the line of duty - the kids were there as well. The team, along with returning celebrity helper, Xhibit, watch the video that describes the physical and mental challenges faced by Steve and his family since the accident. Unable to build the home they had planned, they are now stuck living in a run-down trailer home and can barely afford to pay the bills. Tonight the team will also be joined by country musician, and Celebrity Apprentice alum, Clint Black.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition: Marshall Family and Trace Adkins!

Ty Pennington and his Extreme Makeover Home Edition Design Team are headed for Lancaster Texas tonight on ABC. There, they will help Carlton Marshall and his family. Carlton was a decorated member of the Dallas SWAT team, who was shot on the job. His wife, Susan, is a homicide detective, who stood by her husband while he was hospitalized for eight months. Upon Carlton’s return home, they realized that the house was not properly accessible for his wheelchair - he can’t even tuck his children in! Along with country music’s Trace Adkins, the SWAT team members riding the bus with Ty and the designers will help build a new home for the Marshall family!

Extreme Makeover Home Edition: Hill Family and Xzibit!

On ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition this week, Ty Pennington and the design team visit Suffield, Connecticut to help the singing Hill family. The family consists of 13 members - parents Bill and Katherine took in 7 nieces and nephews when Katherine’s sister was deemed unfit! They love to sing and dance to gospel music in their house, which is not big enough and is falling apart. Rapper Xzibit, who is volunteering this week, joins Ty and the design team.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition: Hampton Family

ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition design team members Paige and Michael join Ty Pennington to head down historic Route 66 to help the Hampton family of Greene County, Missouri. Ty describes how Chris and Niki Hampton, who had two children of their own, were approached a few years back by social workers and asked to take in their four nieces and nephews, who had been removed from Niki’s sister’s home due to neglect. They took the kids into their tiny home with open hearts.
