Hell’s Kitchen comes down to the final two, one will become the head chef at the Borgata in Atlantic City and the other will go home empty handed. Tonight, either Danny Veltri or Paula Dasilva will be crowned the Hell’s Kitchen Season 5 winner and Chef Gordon Ramsay will have yet another feather in his cap as his molding of a prize-winning chef will come full circle as both Danny and Paula step up to the plate to lead a brigade of jealous and unhappy chefs who all think they should be there instead, well, not Lacey, who is usually unhappy about being anywhere.

Hell’s Kitchen gives us the final two in Paula and Danny as they will each design their own restaurant with their own menus for the final face-off on who will have their own restaurant at the Borgata in Atlantic City. As Danny says, “This is for all of the marbles” and there has never been a better time to bring out your A-Game in order to impress Chef Gordon Ramsay. With the upstart Danny against a very consistent Paula, it will be an interesting battle of very different chefs and personalities. In the end, it will be the leadership traits they will bring to the table as well as their ability to stay calm under the most extreme pressure that Chef Ramsay brings that will ultimately give us the winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 5.

Hell’s Kitchen prepares us for the finale with the final dinner service that will set up the ultimate cook-off. What has been surprising is who is left standing at this point. Andrea, who has been spectacular at one moment and then faltering the next; Paula, who has been fairly consistent through out and Danny, who seemed to settle in the middle of the pack until the roosters all seemed to get themselves eliminated. What Chef Ramsay looks for in the final two, remains to be seen, but the three remaining chef’s all seem to have their strengths from which to draw from.

Hell’s Kitchen finds the remaining four chefs at the mercy of Chef Ramsay as they seek to impress him when they must emulate a dish that Chef Ramsay serves as one of his signature dishes. Between the upstart Danny, the uneven Andrea, the consistent Paula and the unpredictable Ben, it should be an interesting night as one more chef’s dreams are shattered and we edge ever so close to the finale where the winner of Hell’s Kitchen becomes the chef for the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.

Hell’s Kitchen is down to three men and two women with Andrea looking weak for the women and Danny surging as a surprise for the men’s team as Robert and Ben continue their love/hate relationship with each other. With Chef Ramsay expecting a better performance from the streamlined team of chefs, they must convince Chef Ramsay that keeping Hell’s Kitchen up and running was indeed a good idea at the next service.
