If you wish you had Work Out’s Jackie Warner whipping you into shape, but aren’t high profile enough to land a spot as one of her clients, you’re in luck! Thanks to NBC Universal Television, DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group, Bravo Media, Exercise TV, and Lionsgate, you can now get one-on-one training with Jackie via her new DVD.
Work Out: One-on-One Training with Jackie combines cardiovascular and strength training in Jackie’s typical intense and energetic style to bring viewers at home the Work Out experience (minus the Warner/Peeler drama). It’s the work out that would cost you a cool $400 at Jackie’s Sky Sport & Spa gym in Beverly Hills, and includes Jackie’s signature 20-minute upper body, lower body and core workout routine.
“I want to take the mystery out of getting in shape,” said Warner. “It’s not difficult to get the body you want if you are really committed to it and with this DVD, I really hope to bring people the satisfaction of feeling great and looking fit.”
Work Out: One-on-One Training with Jackie is available now on video on-demand on Exercise TV and via online through the Work Out homepage. The DVD will be available in stores May 20th.
Work Out, currently in its third season, airs on Tuesdays, 10:00 PM (ET) on Bravo.

If you like tension and drama with your push-ups and crunches, this week’s Work Out is not to be missed. Emotions are going to run high this week at Sky Sport & Spa.
Jackie Warner has never been trainer Brian Peeler’s biggest fan. She especially dislikes what she sees as his confrontational and opinionated demeanor. But, after three seasons of tension between the two, things get too heated.
How heated? Peeler is overheard telling fellow trainer Renessa Williams that if Jackie “wants to walk like a man and talk like a man, then she can get knocked out like a man.” Jackie’s response? She tells Peeler to pack his gym bag and get out.
There are more fireworks ahead for the Work Out gang. Trainer Gregg Butler takes it personally when his client, Deenie, accuses him of being inattentive to her workout. And trainers Erika Jacobson and Greg Plitt get flirty over a photo shoot for Muscle & Fitness magazine.
Catch this drama-filled episode of Work Out on Tuesday, May 6th, at 10:00 PM (ET) on Bravo.

After two successful seasons, Work Out is coming back to Bravo for a third season. The reality docu-series follows fitness maverick Jackie Warner. Both Jackie’s personal relationships and her business endeavors are profiled on the show.
In season two, Jackie broke up with her girlfriend Mimi and suffered the loss of trainer Doug Blasdell. Jackie also came to terms with her father’s suicide and made progress in re-establishing a relationship with her mother.
For the third season, Work Out will introduce four new trainers and a new love for Jackie Warner. Jackie’s new girlfriend is named Brianna. In one episode, Jackie introduces Brianna to her conservative mother.
The four new trainers are Jesse Jordan, Agostina Laneri, Greg Plitt and Renessa Williams. The new trainers bring out some insecurities in Warner’s longtime trainers. During season four, there will be a surprise romance between two of the trainers.
Greg Plitt, one of the new trainers, challenges Jackie by disapproving of wearing Jackie’s clothing line on the job. However, Jackie lays down the law. Jackie says, “Here are the options, don’t work for me or do what I say.”
Work Out premieres on Tuesday, April 15 at 11 PM ET/PT, before moving to its regular timeslot on Tuesday, April 22 at 10 PM ET/PT.

Bravo’s Work Out trainer Brian Peeler has a message to send to The Biggest Loser’s Jillian Michaels: Call me.
When asked in a recent exclusive interview with Reality TV Magazine which Biggest Loser trainer he’d most like to go head-to-head against, the Work Out star answered with little hesitation.
“I’d love to go against Jillian because her personality is like mine…When I go into the gym, I’m loud.”
One very important job of a personal trainer, according to Peeler, is to “put your client in a spotlight,” and pump them up – sometimes loudly – to succeed. “You’ve got to spotlight [your clients] and make them do it…Jillian does that,” he says.
Nothing personal against Loser’s other trainer, Bob Harper. In fact, Peeler has good things to say about Bob as well. “Bob’s good. He’s an emotional guy.” But it’s Jillian who he feels a more kindred connection with, and guesses his similarity to Jillian would make them a force to be reckoned with, should they ever decide to pair up.
“I’d like to partner up with Jillian and do a show. I’d like to meet her,” he says. “If you talk to [her], tell her to give Peeler a call. He wants to talk to [her.]”
