It’s been about a year since Jo Frost quit Supernanny, and Shed Media US in conjunction with the Lifetime network have been searching for America’s next Supernanny. They put out a casting call for a “tough but loving” Supernanny with the ability to “determine highly emotional relationship problems” who had “background and experience to coach parents and kids with constructive, enlightening, and results-driven criticism.” Have they found an American homegrown Supernanny?
Supernanny returns! The ABC show, which was canceled last year after Jo Frost quit, is returning on Lifetime. Jo Frost left Supernanny after six successful seasons to concentrate on her personal life with the hope of starting a family of her own. And now Lifetime, in conjunction with Shed Media US, have launched an open casting call for the new Supernanny; and for the first time ever, they will be searching for an American homegrown Supernanny.
