After last week’s season finale of Breaking Amish, TLC aired part one of Breaking Amish: The Shunning Truth. Hosted by Michelle Beadle, the first hour was fairly tame, focusing mostly on Sabrina, Abe, Rebecca, Jeremiah, and Kate‘s time in New York City and what has happened since they’ve gone home. This hour, however, deals with the lies and deceptions that led to many calling the show Faking Amish.

Last week on Breaking Amish, Abe, Rebecca, Kate, and Jeremiah returned to their Amish communities only to be shunned by their friends and families. According to Sabrina, her Mennonite parents weren’t too hard on her because they lied to her about how she came to be adopted. This week, Jeremiah and Sabrina bring everyone to Atlantic City for some pre-wedding fun.

Breaking Amish: Jeremiah Raber Releases Police Reports, Ex-Wife Speaks Out

We love to hate Jeremiah Raber, don’t we? The Breaking Amish cast member has come under scrutiny lately after his ex-wife, Naomi Stutzman, spoke out to CBS 21 about their violent relationship. She stated that TLC had offered her “Anything she wanted” in return for her silence on the matter, but it seems that TLC’s offer wasn’t enough. Even though her willingness to talk was short lived, she did manage to talk to the station by phone. Jeremiah Raber has also posted on Facebook about the matter, even releasing police reports to clear his name.

Breaking Amish: TLC Will Show Two Part Special To Explain Deception

Breaking Amish Recap: Decision Time

It’s decision time for the cast of Breaking Amish. While in New York City, the cast got drunk, learned about coffee makers and alarm clocks, got drunk, bought new clothes, got drunk, learned how to pole dance, and got drunk. The TLC-paid-for bar hop journey has come to an end, so Kate, Sabrina, Jeremiah, Rebecca, and Abe must decide whether they will return to their Amish and Mennonite communities or continue to explore the world on their own.
