Scott Baio is No Longer 45…and No Longer Single

Oh, Chachi, say it ain’t so! Alright, Ladies, guilty show of hands: who watched VH1′s Scott Baio is 45,and Single and time-warped right back to pre-adolescent hopes that you’d be the one to land Joanie’s man? Uh-huh.

Actually it was Baio’s longtime friend/girlfriend, Renee Sloan, who landed him. The two were (*sniff*) wed Saturday in a ceremony on the roof of a Los Angeles luxury high-rise. In attendance were Sloan’s 18-year old daughter (from a previous relationship) and the brand new Baby Baio (name not yet announced).

Baio met Sloan, who is an actress and model, at the Playboy mansion in the late 1990s, and the two have remained friends since. The rekindled the romantic flame a couple years ago.

The ceremony was taped for an episode to air during Season 2 of the popular VH1 show, Scott Baio is 45,and Single, to premiere in January 2008.

Scott Baio Is 45 And Single Announced By VH1

Premiering Sunday July 15 at 10:30 PM ET/PT, “Scott Baio is 45…And
Single,” reveals that Scott, at 45, in the midst of a mid-life crisis
wondering why he’s still single and unable to settle down even with his
current girlfriend Renee, a woman he loves and who is perfect in his
eyes.  It’s time for Scott to confront his commitment phobias or settle
into the life of a bachelor who is forever searching for the perfect
“unobtainable” woman.
