Children arrive from all over the country to meet Santa and it’s Director of Event Operations, Bob Rutan, and SantaLand Manager, Scott Byers’ job to make sure that each and every Santa visit is as magical as possible.

Guard Dogs On Unwrapping Macy’s

During the day, Macy’s is a shopper’s paradise, but after hours the store becomes more like a maximum security prison. Believe it or not, on the roof of the Macy’s Herald Square store there is a kennel full of guard dogs. In this episode, we follow a young security guard as he learns how to patrol the store and handle the toughest dog, a German Shepherd named Hudson.

Fashion Forward On Unwrapping Macy’s

Starting with the Fall Fashion shows, Macy’s style mavens pick the trends and then translate their vision into actual clothing styles.

Macy’s Petacular On Unwrapping Macy’s

Every year, Macy’s and Esquire Magazine host a nation-wide competition that allows real men of all ages to don their finest duds, and strut their stuff on the runway. Last year in Los Angeles, high school principal Andrew Gutierrez won the title of “Best Dressed” in LA. This year, he is back to defend his title, but the competition is going to be fierce!
