In the third installment of Bravo’s new docu-series "Welcome to the
Parker" on Thursday, August 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, it’s no holiday behind
the swanky orange doors of the luxurious Parker Palm Springs hotel. The
staff struggles to meet the demands of some very needy A-list
clientele, including a high-end travel agent, a demanding party planner
and some bingo playing drag queens.
On Thursday, August 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, swanky Parker Hotel interior designer Jonathan Adler swings by
"Welcome to the Parker" on Bravo. In the second installment, Adler checks in to
see how his vision is being maintained and has everyone on alert, as he
expresses his concerns and demands a full-time "pillow fluffer" to
maintain the hotel’s lush dÃƒcor.
"Welcome To The Parker," premiering Thursday, July 26th at 10 PM ET/PT, is a place where viewers can always expect the unexpected – whether the staff is attempting to meet the impossible demands of an A-list clientele or Parker interior designer Jonathan Adler demands a full-time "pillow fluffer" to maintain the hotel’s lush decor, or an over-the-top food critic puts everyone in a tizzy, or a group of Hollywood insiders trash the hotel’s most expensive suite with a tricycle and too much beer, there’s never a dull moment at this five-star retreat for the rich and famous.
Bravo announces series pick-up of "Welcome to the Parker" (working title), a docu-series that takes viewers into the world of the luxurious Parker Palm Springs hotel. Each one-hour episode will uncover the lives, relationships and drama of the hotel staff and their guests. Bravo has signed Snackaholic production company, the producers of the critically acclaimed series "Tabloid Wars," to produce the series. The announcement was made by Frances Berwick, Executive Vice President, Programming and Production, Bravo. Production begins this month and series will air on Bravo in 2007.
