Cops Make Arrests Involving Gun, Fist Fight, and Drugs

In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, police officers make arrests involving a gun, fist fight, and drugs. In the first episode, Las Vegas, Nevada officers go to a hotel in response to a shooting call. At the hotel, the officers get into a nighttime chase down local streets with the suspect. However, thanks to evidence and details from the victim, the suspect’s luck runs out.

Also, Spokane, Washington officers respond to an assault involving two men that turns out to be volatile and violent. Portland, Oregon officers pursue a driverwho they suspect of running drugs.

In the second episode, officers from a variety of locations respond to domestic disputes. Also, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Curtis Lawrance helps fellow officers in a domestic-violence call.

Cops airs on Saturday, March 22 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cops Encounter Strange Behaviors

On two back-to-back episodes of Cops, police officers encounter strange behavior and uncooperative suspects.  On the first episode, Kansas City, Missouri police officers get into a high-speed chase with a seventy year old parole violator.  The chase involves spike strips, helicopters, and hounds.

Also, Las Vegas, Nevada police officers respond to a call where two transvestites are accused of having a dispute that is disturbing the peace.  Rialto, California police officers investigate a traffic accident.  The accident involves an abandoned and stolen vehicle.

On the second episode, Las Vegas, Nevada Metropolitan Police Department Officer Shawn Ford encounters a man who is having trouble keeping his hands to himself.  Officer Ford attempts to question the suspect, but the suspect is uncooperative. 

Also Lee County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Deputy Robert Gizzi stops a suspect in a known drug area, but it turns out the suspect is in possession of more than drugs.  Cops airs on Saturday, March 15 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cops Focuses On Public Disturbances And Domestic Disputes

Cops Logo FoxOn two back-to-back episodes of Cops, police officers investigate public disturbances and domestic disputes. In the first episode, Leon County, Florida officers pull over a DUI suspect. Officers find out that the suspect is concealing more than just his sobriety.

The Portland, Oregon Street Crimes Unit makes a drug bust in a city park. Also, Cincinnati, Ohio officers respond to a public disturbance to find two men fist fighting.

In the second episode, Brevard County, Florida Officer Deputy Rick Lee checks out an area known for drug trafficking. When he sees a car without its lights on going through a parking lot, he pulls over the vehicle. The front seat passenger tries to flee from the officer.

Also, Riverside, California County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Wiggs responds to a domestic dispute call to find the suspect hiding. Cops airs on Saturday, March 8 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cops Airs Encore Of 700th Episode

Fans of FOX’s Cops can look forward to both a brand new episode and an encore of the 700th episode this week. On the brand new episode of Cops, officers encounter drunk and disturbing behavior.

Rialto, California officers are called out to a disturbance, where they encounter an intoxicated suspect who attempts to flee on foot. Las Vegas, Nevada officers engage in a bait car operation. After a suspect takes the vehicle, it leads to a chase in a crowded casino parking lot.

In addition, Wichita, Kansas officers respond to a domestic disturbance involving physical violence.

For the second episode of Cops, an encore of the 700th episode will be aired. Cops debuted in 1989 and is currently in its 20th season. The 700th episode consists of footage of officers as they encounter unpredictable suspects and circumstances. Cops airs on Saturday, March 1 from 8 PM to 9 PM on FOX.

Cops Features Stupid Criminals And Illegal Substances

In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, stupid criminals and illegal substances are highlighted. The first episode is entitled “Stupid Criminals #3 Special Edition.” Kansas City, Missouri officers chase a vehicle driven by a homicide suspect. The pursuit comes to an abrupt end when the vehicle runs into a gas station.

Rialto, California officers investigate a domestic-violence call. The call turns out to be an angry woman upset with her man, who she feels does not have enough respect for their intimacy.

Also, a Sacramento, California officer and his K-9 partner follow an extremely drunk driver.

The second episode is entitled “War On Drugs #2 Special Edition.” Officers in Las Vegas, Nevada; Kansas City, Missouri; and Rialto, California fight the war on drugs. The officers deal with suspects who try to hide the evidence by eating, stashing and ditching. One suspect is found to be concealing more than narcotics, which leads to additional charges.

Cops airs on Saturday, February 23 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cops Features Unusual Behavior

In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, suspects engage in some unusual behavior. In the first episode entitled “Cops: Bad Girls Special Edition #11,” a Riverside, California officer spots a woman, who has a warrant out for her arrest. The woman puts up a struggle with the officer, and they wrestle until backup arrives.

A Las Vegas, Nevada officer investigates a stolen vehicle case which reveals the details of a woman making a desperate drug deal. Also, Pomona, California officers question a stolen-vehicle suspect.

In the second episode entitled “Cops: Caught In The Act Special Edition #2,” Las Vegas, Nevada officers respond to an armed robbery. When the officers locate and detain the fleeing suspect, a surveillance camera shows that shots were fired, which escalates the crime charges.

Brevard County, Florida officers chase down a shirtless suspect to question him about a theft at a local store. Security cameras captured the crime, and the suspect is eventually arrested. Also, Kansas City, Missouri officers observe suspicious behavior in front of a house known for meth.

Cops airs on Saturday, February 16 from 8 PM to 9 PM ET/PT on FOX.

FOX Announces Summer Reality TV Season

Unlike scripted shows that tend to be all reruns during the Summer months, reality TV shows offer up brand new programming. FOX just announced their premiere dates for their Summer reality TV season. One of the biggest shows of the Summer is So You Think You Can Dance, which is from the producers of American Idol. The show is hosted by Cat Deeley.

So You Think You Can Dance had a breakout season last Summer and joined the upper echelon of reality TV shows. Season four of So You Think You Can Dance will start with a two-night, four-hour premiere. The premiere episodes will air on Thursday, May 22 from 8 PM to10 PM ET/PT and on Wednesday, May 28 from 8 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on FOX.

After the So You Think You Can Dance audition episodes wrap-up, the weekly performance shows will air on Wednesdays from 8 PM to 10 PM ET/PT and the weekly results shows will air on Thursdays from 9 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on FOX.

Other reality TV series returning to FOX with all-new episodes this Summer include The Moment Of Truth, Hell’s Kitchen, Cops, and America’s Most Wanted. The Moment Of Truth will premiere on Thursday, June 12 from 8 PM to 9 PM. Hell’s Kitchen will premiere on Tuesday, April 1 from 9 PM to 10 PM ET/PT. Cops and America’s Most Wanted will continue with all new episodes on Saturday nights.

Fox will also be introducing a brand new reality TV series this Summer. When Women Rule The World will premiere with a special two-hour episode on Monday, June 2 from 8 PM to 10 PM ET/PT on FOX. The series is set in a primitive, remote location and focuses on what happens when a group of women rule over a group of unsuspecting men. The regularly scheduled time period for the series of 9 PM to 10 PM ET/PT will begin on Monday, June 9.

Cops Features Wild Chases

On two back-to-back episodes of Cops, wild chases with speeding cars are featured. The first episode is entitled “Cops: Wild Chases Special Edition.” Spokane, Washington officers spot a stolen truck, which leads to anoff-road chase down country roads in a heavily wooded area. The chase proves to be so intense that one officer’s vehicle actually catches fire while in pursuit of the truck.

In addition, Rialto, California and Palm Beach County, Florida officers get in chases with suspects when they respond to calls of suspicious behavior.

The second episode is entitled “Cops: Stupid Behavior #1 Special Edition.” Pomona, California officers get into a high-speed chase, while a helicopter patrols overhead. The chase ends when the suspect speeds through an intersections and crashes into another vehicle

In addition, Lansing, Michigan and Las Vegas, Nevada police officers question suspects who have difficulty remembering their names and ages. Cops airs on Saturday, February 2, 2008 from 8 PM to 9PM ET/PT on FOX.

Cops Deal With DUI Suspects

In two back-to-back episodes of Cops, officers deal with DUI suspects. In the first episode, Leon County, Florida officers pull over a DUI suspect, only to discover the suspect is concealing more than his sobriety.

Cops Features Fountain Man

Cops Logo FoxIn two back-to-back episodes of Cops, officers detain suspects in a fountain and on a golf cart. In the first episode, Kansas City, Missouri officers find shirtless men wobbling through the middle of the street. In addition, Rialto, California officers engage in a foot pursuit with a suspect that reportedly threw a bag of narcotics.

Also, officers detain a suspect for walking in the fountain at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nev. During questioning, the officers give the suspect a warning for stealing money, and they make the suspect empty his pockets and return the money to the fountain. Officers wind up being called back to the scene moments later.

In the second episode, Lee County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chris Nebel pulls over a golf cart that doesn’t have its lights on. The suspect driving the vehicle turns out to be on probation, driving without a license, out after curfew and without proof of ownership of the golf cart. When the kid’s mother doesn’t corroborate his story, the suspect is sent to a detention center for breaking curfew.

In addition, Rialto, California Police Department Officer Robert Morales goes on an assault with a deadly weapon call. He finds two convenience store employees, who have been beaten. Cops airs on Saturday, January 19 from 8PM to 9PM ET/PT on FOX.
