Instead, viewers were shown some more eclectic dancing displays, such as the highlight of the night Texan Hampton Williams, who showcased his own dance that he called “exorcist style.”

But when the network announced that award-winning singer/songwriter John Legend would be taking his place, well…we quickly got over it. And apparently, John’s as excited about being on the show as we are to see him there. (Okay, maybe we’re a little more excited.)
Duets sounds like American Idol meets Dancing With The Stars. Duets is a four-week unscripted series executive-produced by Simon Cowell. Duets will pair established singing stars with celebrities outside the music industry to make beautiful music together by competing as duos for charity. The show will follow the professional singers as they instruct their partners, choose songs and perform duets in front of a panel of judges and a live studio audience.
