What looks to be one of the most controversial (and entertaining) editions of Fear Factor ever is finally set to air. After re-scheduling the show so many times that we’ve lost count, NBC is finally going to air a three-episode “Reality Stars Fear Factor” that features a confrontation between Amazing Race’s Jonathan Baker and Fear Factor host Joe Rogan. The incident occurred after Jonathan’s wife Victoria punched at Jonny Fairplay who had been heckling her during a stunt. Joe Rogan started verbally chastising Victoria, which led to a physical confrontation between Jonathan Baker and Joe Rogan. Reality TV Magazine recently interviewed Jonathan Baker and got his take on exactly what went down between him and Joe Rogan.
It’s the freaks vs. the geeks in this special episode of "Fear Factor." First, the teams must work together to complete a helicopter and jet-ski stunt. Then, the couples will be challenged to pass objects mouth to mouth while inside a glass box with frogs and alligators.
MOTHER AND SON FEAR FACTOR– "YOU THINK I DID THIS ON PURPOSE?"– In this special episode of "Fear Factor," mothers and sons will compete together for $50,000. First, the mothers must stand on their son’s shoulders while balancing on a tiny ledge 100 feet in the air. Then, the teams must navigate through a kitchen filled with biting snakes and disgusting obstacles.
"YOU COULD GET A REALLY GOOD WIG FOR $25,000!" This new Fear Factor stunt is a cut above the rest. Contestants must put on a brave face when their barber chair spin determines which hairstyle they must get, from mohawks to completely bald, in order to move on to the finals.
PSYCHO FEAR FACTOR #3–"I DON’T WANT IT TO FRIGGIN’ BITE ME, Y’ALL NEED TO SHUT UP!" In the final episode of the three-part series, where contestants are forced to live and compete in and around the Psycho House and the Bates Motel, the pressure is almost unbearable.
PSYCHO FEAR FACTOR #2 — "SHE’S NOT LIKE THE BRIGHTEST CRAYON IN THE BOX" — In the second episode of this three-episode arc, contestants are forced to live together and compete in and around the Psycho House and the Bates Motel. In a season full of new twists, the winners of the first stunt are given a choice to either take a prize or get a pass on the next stunt.
In this first episode of "Psycho Fear Factor," six couples will not only be competing in stunts, but in a brand new surprising twist, they will be forced to live together 24 hours a day in the disgusting Bates Motel.
"They’ve got six packs, we’ve got kegs." – In this episode of Fear Factor, duos will be pushed to their limits in hopes of winning $50,000. In the first stunt, contestants will be shot over 100 feet out of a canon into the water. Then, it is a race against time when the duos must play the match game while digging through trash cans filled with gross fluids.
The stakes are high as "Fear Factor" begins its all-new sixth season with a million dollar heist. First the teams must make it through one of the highest and fastest helicopter stunts ever all while trying to retrieve a set of keys for the final stunt. Then, they must crawl through a vent system filled with rats, spiders and fire. Finally, the duos will have the chance to steal up to one million dollars from a sunken armored car.
NBC’s popular reality series "Fear Factor," hosted by Joe Rogan ("NewsRadio"), will return to the network’s regular program lineup for its sixth season on Tuesday, Dec. 6 (8-9 p.m. ET). The first reality show to be sold into syndication — and a bona fide hit all around the world — the "Fear Factor" recipe will have a new look and feel when fresh episodes return. A brand new stunt team with credits including "The Matrix Revolutions," "Kill Bill, Vol. 2," "Minority Report" and "Ocean’s Eleven," will provide the most outrageous stunts to date.
